We already had three different cleaners to assist with preparing all types of engine parts for repairing and servicing in our workshop.
We have a hot parts wash and descalant, we also have a traditional parts wash with cavity lift and we also have a hot parts rinse with specialist anti-corrosion facilities as well as our standard washers and cleaners.
We have now purchased three new machines… we now have the Shockwave, a new generation in cleaning, using new technology to life any deposits from the metal.
Also the Nimbus which is a more thorough and more intensive parts cleaner with a new temperature controlled way of parts cleaning, this one is more like a sterilizer.
Finally we have the more traditional Ultrasonic cleaning equipment with four different chemicals. One of our tanks is permanently loaded with the correct chemical necessary to clean carbon deposits from EGR valves, Manifolds etc and the chemical used not not damage electronics.
